Delivery Information
- www.terryschemist.co.uk will only deliver goods to the United Kingdom
(including Northern Ireland).
- There is no delivery charge for NHS prescriptions or shop goods delivered at the same time as an NHS prescription.
- All items are dispatched by our own staff in liveried vans. Delivery of these items requires a signature to receive delivery.
- You do have the option of selecting an alternative delivery address if more convenient for you.

At www.terryschemist.co.uk we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know a few details such as your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which Walkabout Ltd. may accept or decline in its absolute discretion without having to give a reason. A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our website. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of a sale invoice being issued by Walkabout Ltd. following checking of orders by a pharmacist.
These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights. Errors and omissions excepted.

www.terryschemist.co.uk is committed to providing quality products with high standards of customer services. Our belief is that quality is the delivery of excellent pharmacy services or products to our customers at competitive prices and delivered on time.
- Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived damaged then please e-mail our Customer Services Department at: customercare@terryschemist.co.uk Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details. In order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
- Missing items
If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all packaging; due to the nature of our business some of our products are very small. If you are certain an item is missing then please e-mail our Customer Services Department at:
customercare@terryschemist.co.uk Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order for us to locate your missing item, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
- Incorrect items
If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please email our Customer Services Department at:
customercare@terryschemist.co.uk and provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.
In order for us to investigate the error please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
- Order no longer required
If you decide within 7 days starting the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact our Customer Service Department for return authorisation. The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items including medicines, cosmetics and foodstuffs cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Please email our Customer Service Department at:
customercare@terryschemist.co.uk and provide full details including the items you wish to return, your name, order number and contact details.
Please note that we will not refund delivery charges. In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service in any way, we would like to know. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaints to your satisfaction. Please contact our Customer Services Department at customercare@terryschemist.co.uk
If you have a complaint regarding a pharmaceutical service (advice, prescriptions, medicines) please contact one of our pharmacists in the first instance at: pharmacist@terryschemist.co.uk or call 0161 928 1275. If the pharmacist cannot satisfactorily deal with your complaint, please contact our Pharmacy Superintendent at director@ terryschemist.co.uk or on the above telephone number.
If your complaint is still not resolved you may take the matter to your Health Authority (the address should be in your local telephone directory).

Our Customer Service Department operates between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Our Customer Service number 0161 928 1275 operates during these periods.
