About Us
Welcome to Terry's Chemist online. All the staff are still the same, the business is still run by Peter Abraham and Giles Terry and we will continue to offer the same high level of customer service that our customers have expected from us over the years.
Giles Terry established Terry's Chemist in Altrincham in 1987 and was one of the first companies to start a free prescription delivery service. Peter Abraham joined Terry's Chemist in 1997 and is now in partnership with Giles based at Sinderland Road in Broadheath.
We are highly focused on customer service and we offer an extremely efficient and reliable FREE PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY SERVICE.
Terry's Chemist web site has been designed from the onset to be clear and extremely simple to use, enabling customers to order prescriptions on-line, 24/7 from the comfort of their own home. On receipt of your prescription request we will contact your surgery and request your prescription. The completed prescription will then be delivered free of charge to your house or place of work.
This service is completely free of charge, except for NHS prescription charges (where applicable) and is available from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We usually aim to deliver prescriptions within two working days of receipt of prescription request from the surgery.
It is important to understand that surgeries have the ultimate control over prescriptions and there are occasionally queries, which can delay the prescription being signed and ready for Terry's Chemist to collect.
Our web site has been designed to be clear & simple to follow – however we welcome any comments constructive or otherwise regarding our web site
If, for any reason you are unsure about using the web site (or you still just prefer to call us) please feel free to call us on 0800 043 9312 – open 9 to 6 Monday to Friday.
